Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn hat in its original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure the crown remains uncrushed during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
